Sara holds certifications in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Payroll and has achieved the prestigious status of Platinum ProAdvisor. Her extensive software proficiency includes Microsoft Office, Airtable, JobNimbus, Aero, Dropbox, Slack, Teams, Front, Bill.com, Dashlane, Asana, SimplePractice, Clockify, and Calendly, allowing her to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency for her clients.
While Sara may be the only human tackling your books, she’s under strict daily supervision by our elite Quality Control Team—Luna, Lucy, and Ethel. These three take their jobs very seriously, ensuring your books are completed with precision… and probably a few stray pet hairs. Quality checks may include judgmental stares, the occasional keyboard nap, and the ever-important "Can this report double as a cat bed?" test. Rest assured, your books are in very capable (and adorable) paws!
