This is a description of what our packages include, however, your business is as unique as you are! We will tailor the package to fit your business needs. Here are 4 of our most common pricing packages, but prices can vary based on any additional services needed. We will work with you to fit a package to your needs or custom build one.


The basic bookkeeping package includes monthly tracking of your income and expense transactions for all business checking, savings and credit card accounts. A/R and A/P services are included at NO additional cost! Additional services are available for payroll, class tracking, sales tax filing, etc. Clean up work for previous months is offered at a 50% discount to all new clients.

We will review and reconcile your books and issue financial reports every month delivered via email.


Starter Package - $125 per month

 

Recommended for start ups, this package covers businesses with monthly revenue up to $12,500.


Bronze Package - $275 per month

 

Built for small businesses, this package covers monthly revenue from $12,501 to $25,000


Silver Package - $425 per month

 

This package is recommended for businesses with monthly revenue from $25,001 to $150,000. You will receive a specialized monthly report to keep your business growing.


Gold Package - $575 per month

 

This package covers businesses with monthly revenue at $150,001 and above. You will receive specialized monthly reports to keep your business thriving.

As a SHRM-CP Human Resources Professional, DBS can also provide ad-hoc HR consulting services including policies, employee manuals, resume screening, and much more. Priced per project and depending on your needs.
